Terms and Conditions

  1. Kalaripayattu is practiced under traditional 'Gurukula' culture, where physical and weapon(s) training commence with 'gurudakshina'.
  2. Students should develop good manners and respect the elders and fellow students.
  3. Trainees must show discipline and active attention during training, failing to do so may result in the termination from the club.
  4. Good behavior is expected in the training place. Speak only to the instructor when required.
  5. Do not enter or leave the class without permission from your instructor during the training.
  6. Mobile phones must be turned off during training. The finger & toenails must be trimmed always to avoid injuries and inconveniences during training.
  7. Students must wear the uniform provided during all training sessions.
  8. Trainee should inform the instructor whether he/she is suffering from any infectious or chronic disease.
  9. While all the possible precautions are taken, the owners and instructors shall not be responsible for any accidents before, during or after the training. Students in the training are at their own risk.
  10. Students will maintain a serious attitude at all times. No profanity or loud talking is permitted in the class.
  11. Trainee may resign from the training center by giving prior notice to the Chief instructor.
  12. The instructor in charge reserves the right to terminate a student without prior notice.
  13. The monthly training fee should be paid on or before 5th day of each calendar month according to the package chosen, failing which a trainee will not be permitted to take part in the training.
  14. The monthly training fee is calculated on a month basis and absent days will not be compensated for whatsoever reason it may be.
  15. Fees are subject to change without prior notice; Admission fees once paid is valid for life time and cannot be refunded for any reason.
  16. The institute shall conduct an assessment/grading for eligible students every 4 months, subject to the instructor's advice on the student's aptitude and skills developed.
  17. We would like to take pictures, and occasionally video the students performing their Martial Arts for promotional and advertising purposes. We also encourage parents to collect and share these pictures/videos.
  18. Instructor verdict shall be final and no challenge would be accepted against the verdict.
  19. Documents required (passport copy with visa page, emirates id and passport size photo) should be emailed to the address provided.
